How it works

The process of creating cross-media mailings with ADDRESSDIALOG is described in the menu on the left-hand side. The procedure is illustrated with easy-to-follow examples and a guided tour .

Read how ADDRESSDIALOG works, step by step:
You send out a paper-based sales letter (mailing) advertising your products / services. more
The response section of each mailing contains an individualized code. This piques recipients' interest and imagination more
The address of a target website, e.g. www.your-website.com, is also provided in this response section. more
Once the recipient of the mailing has called up this website, he/she sees a clearly marked field for the code and enters it there.
The recipient is taken to a special area of your website. He or she sees the same content and design as in your paper mailing and now, at the latest, understands what is happening. This is the response section of precisely the same mailing – just on the Internet. A personal greeting is extended to the visitor, all of his/her contact information has already been filled out. more
The recipient can now reply to the mailing. You provide the appropriate reply options. They should be identical with those in the paper version, but additional options can be included. A comment field can be provided for individual questions, for example.
Recipients can immediately make online corrections to errors in their address data and will do so because it is so easy.
You follow the response "in real time." Analyses are simple to perform, fun and highly informative!
You can respond to every new reply immediately.
After completion the mailing campaign, you have a compact and well-structured overview of the data paired with corresponding response information. more

A detailed description of the realization process can be found in the manual .
